Royal Oak Engagement, Michigan wedding Photographer
This story is a little different and pretty special to me. I have known Nikki since we were freshmen in high school and I was unbelievably flattered when she chose me to be her photographer. She found herself a firefighter during her training as a paramedic and Alex is one of the nicest, most genuine guys that I have ever met. He is a firefighter for the Royal Oak fire department and I jumped at the idea to shoot at the fire station and I have to say, narrowing the images down to fit into a blog post was no easy task. I can’t wait for you all to see how fun and in love they are!
Be sure to look out for more little details and snippets throughout this post, this was a pretty incredible session!
Alex and Nikki are the proud parents to one of the coolest pups that I’ve had the privilege of photographing. Gibson is a pure bred Great Dane and he is a BOSS…. as you can see.
After leaving the fire station, we headed to Stoney Creek to have some fun in the fall colors. Michigan in the Fall is magical and it’s the favorite season for many of us and for good reason. We got unbelievably lucky with the timing of our shoot, the trees couldn’t have been more beautiful.
What is a fall engagement shoot without hot apple cider?
Alex + Nikki –
Man was your engagement session a blast! I’m the luckiest girl in the land that you chose me to be your photographer and I feel even luckier to call the two of you friends.
